Can't see EPS 8266 Sketch Data Upload, in the Tools menu

Can't see 'ESP8266 sketch data upload' in the 'Tools' menu. So I wonder what's wrong? In preferences in Arduino 1.6.11 I put the URL http://arduino.esp8266.com/stable/packa ... index.json into Additional Board Manager URLs field. But I can't see the EPS8266 sketch data upload.

Anyone who knows how to fix it?
