Okay so i am soooo new to this but i watched some videos and typically when you connect the board it'll flash a small dark blue light but mine is flashing a bigger blue like very rapidly what does it mean

We need more details to help you man. What board do you have, how have you wired it, where and how are you connecting it to what etc. Maybe even a short video with that LED flashing, anything that would get us going. Otherwise as schufti said, the crystal ball is our choice...
