ESP8266v2 just arrived. Won't be detected by Win10. Broken?

I just got my ESP8266 V2 and wanted to go ahead and test it out. Sadly I cant get my windows to detect the hardware and set a com port for it. I've been googleing for a while now but nothing helped. I came across installing a drive for win10, (ch341ser) but that didnt work. Now I'm wondering if I just got a broken one.
Basically what happens is that the LED next to antenna flashes one single time once i plug in the nodemcu. That's it. No dialog of hardware detected or anything. Here are my specs. Would be great if you had an idea
