Send string form one ESP to other

how to send some simple string value from one ESP-client to another ESP-SoftAP
So, my issue is: one esp is AP and it receives some string form another client esp
sorry for my rough language but how the f... to do this easy thing, working with this modules for 3 months and I am still at ... I don't know.
I am working in Arduino IDE
Tried UDP, TCP and HTTP, but all tutorials make it fuzzy...
