Hello everyone,

I am newbie to ESP8266. I am a Mechatronics Intern at an Industrial company and I was given a task to remote some old machine. Through wireless communication and low cost. I have an idea but I doubt it because of being new to this developmental board.

Is it possible to use ESP8266 to monitor/remote a machine? If its running, stopping or warning/alarm.

My idea is to get a 3 signal and send to ESP8266 > router > Server to monitor.

Hoping you can guide me to make it possible and to be able to graduate my bachelor's degree.

Thank you and God bless.

Even 3-phase is not a problem. All it needs is a 3-phase contactor. The esp turns on/off a relay and that relay turns on and off the power to the contactor coil.

There are numerous ways. First you need to decide where and how you want the user/contoller interface to be.
