ESP8266 and SNMP

Hello!
There are DVRs HiWatch DS-H108G (budget subsidy from hikvision).
The kind of its budget, the Chinese did not bother with SNMP and did not include it in the development, although this protocol is used even in the oldest and cheapest registrars.
At the moment, there was a need to monitor these recorders, and the manufacturer "turned on the back", does not want to go to the meeting and finish the firmware.
The chip used in this recorder is esp8266.
Tell me, is it possible to theoretically assume that the registrar's firmware has been dumped alone and that SNMP is included in it?
