SEND DATA TO ARDUINO FROM LUA ESP8266 WEB FORM

They are the first steps with ESP8266.
I would like to create a web form, using lua, with a text field.
The text entered by the visitor should be sent to arduino via the TX RX serial link.
Is there some example that can help me?
