ESP8266 Community Forum

- Thu Sep 28, 2017 5:33 am #70394 I'm trying to use ESP8266 as an wifi module.... basically i want to transmit and receive data using ESP8266.
When i press button Atmega32 send some data using UART and ESP transfer that data to another Atmega32 using ESP LED will glow.
But the problem i am facing right now is i dont know how to configure ESP8266 -01 without arduino.
Because i dont have arduino and i am using atmel avr studio, proteus, USBasp Programmer Atmel. i have 3.3 v supply but not confirm with current supply from that.
kindly guide me, where to start and what to do. please

As i type AT it says "OK"...
now i want to know how to setup it like a tansmitting and recieving device.
i want to send data from atmega32A to another Atmega32A using ESP8266-01.
Kindly help me please.
