Does ESP8266 support IP multicast?

I am new to ESP8266, I think it supports IP multicast, could anyone confirm?

I have used UDP mulitcast but it is slow. I think TCP multicast is available but I have never used it.

TCP multicast??? TCP is one to one protocol with handshake. How exactly do you thing that this 'TCP multicast' work?
