Dashboard for Data From ESP8266

I'm planning on getting all the data from ESP8266 onto a digital dashboard. I checked out some services that offer dashboards like adafruit.io and thingspeak. But I need something that I can run locally on a Windows/Linux PC.
Are there any opensource platforms that have this functionality?
