Two esp talking each other

Hi everybody. I'm trying to have two ESP talking each other and evrything is working fine but I need as well a very fast connection time, some ms. I need that beacuse one of the two needs to be connected with different esp each time.
Any suggestion?

If you mean setting up the WIFI connection in a matter of ms, you are probably out of luck.
However, what about having both ESPs connected to the same Access Point (either your router, or a dedicated ESP acting as AP for both)? Then all ESPs involved could be on the same sub-net, permanently, and would not have to re-connect at all.
