I need help regarding Sparkfun USB to serial breakout FT232RL to connect with Esp-12F

I've made connection as follows

Esp.....Serial to USB

RX0.....TXD
TX0.....RXD
GND.....GND
REST.....RST
GPIO0.....DTR
VCC.....VCC(3V3)???

Sparkfun serial breakout has VCC, VCCIO, 3.3V and V3.3 pins. Which one is to be connected to Esp VCC?

You need 3.3v. But the FT232RL does not have enough current.

If you mean 3.3V for Esp then I'm using external power source to connect to VCC. For serial break board it is not clear.

External power supply of 3.3V connected to Esp VCC. Which pin of serial has to be connected to 3.3V external power supply? Options – VCC, VCCIO, 3.3V, V3.3. I checked the schematics of SparkFun Usb to serial breakout FT232RL. It seems 3.3V and V3.3 pins are same and output pins. Serial VCC on the other hand is connected to the VCC of Usb. My inference may be wrong and I sought clarification.
