Problem loading on ESP8266 01

I cant load my program to my ESP8266 01.
This is the IDE message I get. I'm sorry, I'm Brazilian and I'm using the portugues version from arduino IDE and I dont know how to translate this for english.

Erro compilando para a placa Generic ESP8266 Module""
