Esp sensor read to esp csv file

I'm new to esp word, but I've played around with arduino time ago...
My last project consists in a data logger that store data in SD card and on thingspeak.
My question is :
Is it possible that many esp read sensors and send data to one esp that store data in a . Csv file on sd?
