garbage monitoring using esp8266

I proposed a system to monitor the garbage (level and temperature & humidity) by using sensors (ultrasonic and dht11)

can a ESP8266 connect wireless these 3 devices with sensors and send the data to my mobile application (build in IBMIoTF)
