Why won't it flash?
Posted: Tue Apr 09, 2019 1:03 pmSo new to the forum and ESP8266. I bought a LinkNode R8 and am going to be using it as an irrigation controller. I am having all sorts of issues. I tried using Arduino IDE to try and flash it, but the wifi is not showing up. I used this to flash it back to bone stock. I then used this .bin file to flash it, and I get the access point to show up, so when I input the credentials, the board kicks to red light and does not work. Any idea? Or any easier way to go about doing this? There is an .ino file on this project as well, but tried using it in Arduino IDE, it does not work. I NEED HELP!!
