Hey i want to make some heater module, that have a watt control. And i want to use pwm for voltage regulator. Foe ex. I want to make 40watt and i have 0.3ohm heater load, then i need 3.46v output from pwm. Is it possible to make it?
But i don't have accurate ohm meter here.

Any solution?

I think i'll need this module:
1. Hall ampere meter
2. Lcd
3. node mcu
4. Volt meter

Can i make this heater modul work?
