ESP8266 Community Forum

Hi. Been playing with Arduino for a bit. Thought I would look at wifi, so goot an SEP8266 module and one of these to program

but always get this

warning: espcomm_sync failed
error: espcomm_open failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed

when trying to upload.

Have tried different baud rates and looked on internet for an answer, but so far, nada.

Any pointers?
