OSC to GarageBand

I'm very new to all things Arduino, OSC, ESP8266...everything. I'm trying to basically send the coordinates of an accelerometer to GarageBand using UDP and OSC and a Huzzah Feather ESP8266 but I'm not quite sure how to.
So far, I manage to successfully test the UDP connection and I manage to get the coordinates from my accelerometer - but I'm not sure how to communicate them via OSC to GarageBand?
Any advice, help would really be appreciated!
