Hi, I just received an ESP8266 ESP-07 Serial WiFi module from Open-Smart. It has for pins on it, a reset switch and another slide switch.

Does anyone know this item?

Can it be programmed from the Arduino IDE?

yes it can be programmed. you need a USB-to-TTL-Serial adapter.
it has 5 V powering and 5 V logic level conversion and a switch for io 0 to put the esp8266 in flashing mode.

FWIW The ESP-07 is only the portion on this board with the metal can on it. :idea:
