OTA from ESP8266_RTOS to ESP8266_NonOS?

In principle, is it possible to get ESP8266 running a RTOS image to OTA to a different image that was developed with NonOS framework?
To me, it seems the Flash memory is segmented differently, so I am not so sure if this OTA is even possible.
