Custom firmware

I didn't find latest firmware with no float support and I also wanted to have faster UART, so I build some myself.
Feel free to use it if you're not self compiling already.
All versions are with UART set on 115200
nofloat are compiled with no floating point support
and you can find version with alternative optimizations (i think default uses O2)
some basic tests with dht22 library showed that these versions can be visibly faster than default pre-build ( like 7 reads in the main cycle during the same time default version gets 5)
also some flash size is also spared
