Using Wifi Smart Connect
Posted: Fri Jun 05, 2015 6:23 pmHas anyone used wifi smart connect ? I am trying to get some information on how to use this feature. TBH I am not sure how this feature works. By doing some research i read some thing about probe request/response and using which ESP will configure its WiFi connection. But it didnt not make much sense to me. Can some one point me in right direction with some good reading source.
Just FYI I am trying to make an iOS app which can talk to ESP via this smart wifi thingy and then issue commands via MQTT. I have seen ESP-Touch for android (havent used it) but without the basic understanding I couldn't compile it in my brain
