- Sun Feb 01, 2015 4:36 am #8677 After messing around with the Arduino for weeks and getting no where due to instability decided to flashed the node mcu firmware. All flashed fine and tested wifi connection ok.

I then uploaded the ds18b20 lua script and my module reset. Now I don't get any output from it - not responding to any commands.

Tried reflashing again and the flasher doesn't detect the esp either

nodemcu flasher just says waiting MAC.

Could the ds18b20 lua script somehow have bricked my device? Any way to recover?

- Sun Feb 01, 2015 5:21 am #8681 I removed the power from the ESP for a few mins and tried again and its now reflashing. All its working as expected now .....its alive!!!
