192.168.1.100 Stored in the Flash memory or not?

I would like to know (and i didn't find it via wiki/etc...) where the esp module stores wifi settings. Once i configure it to bind my ap, in fact, i don't know how to stop it from connecting after a reboot for example. I also re-flashed (successfully) the firmware but it still connect after power-on.

My init.lua is blank
