Yes, new IC is coming, almost 200kB RAM. May support WiFi+BLE.

It looks like the days of having to run in tiny RAM spaces might be numbered.

And BLE = Bluetooth Low Energy? Both bluetooth and wlan would make this the ultimate internet of things chip imo

Bluetooth for low energy stuff, wlan to send some data back...

Boom... maybe i bought too many ESP-01s.... Doh... Beacon support in each room is what I'm after!!!!
