Lua crashing and staying dead after power cycle

I'm pretty sure this is a bug in the file - api. Happened before: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=582
Seems to happen pretty soon when you have files open across reboots but cycling delete/create/write/close looks
also suspicious - had to reflash very often lately when testing something file-related...
