i got an esp2866 wifi module its hooked up and flashed with the nodemcu firmware.
but i need to controll an ws2801 strip.
how do i do this?

- Thu Apr 21, 2016 9:21 am #45926 Uncle Google is your best friend. Just searching for ws2801 esp8266 gives 100s of hits. Many of these provide example circuit diagrams. If you search the nodeMCU Github repository you will see that the three is a new driver being developed in dev that can drive large strips stably.
