if install - ESP8266 Community v2.0.0 - wifi AP ans STA on ESP-12E work normal, but if install 2.1.0 / 2.2.0 / 2.3.0 - compile norm, flash norm, but wifi not work, work all except wifi

on windows 2.3.0 work normal

replace esptool 0.4.6 - and 2.3.0 work normal
compile from https://github.com/igrr/esptool-ck - and work normal
