Flash download tool gives no surch file or directory errors when I try to flash in v2.3. (for boot files)
When I try to flash in flash download tool v3.8.5 UnicodeDecodeError: codec 'gb2312' cannot decode bytes at position 15-16: invalid multibyte sequence error

rx-rx,tx-tx and arduino -gnd . gettting map adress i have baudrate=115200 ,9600 and 74880. I would be very happy if they have any ideas.thank you.
