Why ESP8266 is not working?

Maybe the hardware is not working properly at all and the RX/TX serial lines are not connected, or there is some problem with resetting into the download mode? I don't know the reason why ESP8266 doesn't work.

Exactly what problem are you facing? Can't you upload code to it? Did you complete the board installation part properly?
