Udp Server and udp client at same time?

I have one esp with Udp Server that i want to connect at some point ( when received some serial ex: client ) for a short periode to other esp with Udp Server ( this one are allways as Server ) and then get back to server mode.
Is this possible? If yes please advise me how to.
