I have looked over several threads on this category, but virtually all transparent serial threads are about ESP to computer. I need ESP8266 to ESP8266, 115,200K serial link truly transparent, synchronous, full duplex. Serial in one ESP, serial out other ESP, bidirectional. I want to replace the serial cable to any devices needing link.
I think this can be done with pure AT commands, but as a volatile 1-session and I think a subsequent AT will pause link. I need this link up anytime AP and client are in range, and never time out, no interface.
I am a hardware EE by trade, not very good at code. ANy help appreciated.
