No dimmer but buttons.
But easliy adapted to your needs:

You can also write a webserver.
Design a webpage with some sliders and use Javascript.
Then you do not need App-Inventor and uploading to the phone is much easier
as it will be just an HTML page instead of an APP.
Uses less memeory too.
