Guys is there a way to reduce false positive on a sr501 pir? I tried by adding a 1000uf capacitor on the +5vcc and ground but it doesn't helped. Using a D1 mini board here. I tried with a 100ohm pull up resistor between gpio and 3.3V but with this pull up the pir is always on. Any suggestions?

Maybe the false positives are not because LF noise but HF - try to connect 10nF/68nF/100nF ceramic capacitor in parallel, or try to use some EMI filter in SR power path.

As I wrote I have a capacitor on the +5V/GND line but it doesn't solved the problem
do you mean something else?

As I wrote - maybe it's not LF noise problem - your 1G capacitor didn't work as an filter in HF noise, but only in LF...
