How I can power on the ESP-01?

Hi everybody, I'm a new member and I am a newbie of the ESP8266 world.
I haven't any UART ( I buyed one from China, but it will be delivered to me in a few months) and, following some tutorials tha I found on internet, I flashed the ESP8266 with an Arduino Uno and with the software Esp8266_flasher.exe and with the firmware 0.9.2.2.bin firmware (here the link wher I found they https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xI1X0fyGxykSG61mLlZjmeo3R_Kxa2kf ).
When finish the flasher procedure I open the Arduno IDE (serial monitor), I set the baudrate at 9600 and I can interface with the Esp-01. I can send it the AT commands, I can connect with my router and I can make other operations.
But when I disconnect the Esp with Arduino and then riconnect it, the ESP-01 don't respond more at the commands that I send it via serial monitor (with arduino IDE)...it's like it's off.
how can I turn it back on after I unplugged it and reconnected it to arduino?
Sorry my bad english, I'm italian.
Ciao and thanks.
Pietro
