Anyone having used succesfully Tasmotizer with Arduino IDE ?

has anyone used succesfully used Tasmotizer to upload code compiled from the Arduino IDE ?
I just wonder :
a) does it work with the bin compiled from an Arduino IDE?
b) it seams that this piece of Wonder is able to inject the user WfFi parameters upon uploading.
How can that happen, must a prepared code be included?
