There are pretty cheap ready SIM800L/ESP32 boards. The price range is €12-€15. And you can find many ideas and projects for those on the internet.

Please note that this topic has been posted by a spammer/bot (it's a copy of this post from January) with the only purpose to (try to) let people click the vague bogus links in the signature.
