ESP8266 SDK Development board

Has anyone used one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251988525699

They look pretty cool for development and testing? Is it easy to port Arduino code for something like this to say a "normal" ESP device, by that i mean se it for development then copy the code to another ESp with just a temp sensor (hope that makes sense)

Oh yeah - I have half a dozen of them.
They're usually the quickest thing I've got for rapid prototyping.

I forgot to mention I've paid around $16 for these boards - the price on your link seems high.

Also have a look at these - they are pretty nice too and lots cheaper
