Relay ESP Reset and down strange problem

Hi my 5v relay module is HIGH ESP-12 resetting.
i have tried:
RST pin to VCC
RST pin to 10k VCC
RST pin to 1k VCC
RST pin to GND 100nf capacitor
not helped.
and
relay LOW is RSSI = -55
relay HIGH is RSSI = -64

Typical problem with ESP boards.
Solution is a bit complicated depending on what you're trying to drive with the relay. The solution I propose is akin to snake oil, which I found by trial and error.
Try the usual protection for ESP Vcc. 470uF 10V from Vcc to Gnd. 100nF from Vcc to Gnd.
Board still resets?
Disconnect Wifi wifi.sta.disconnect() before issuing Relay connect/disconnect, then you can connect WiFi back as required
Still resets?
Use a Solid state relay
But afraid of overloads, power consumption and TRIAC pop-outs?
Use SSR and Latch Relay combo in parallel driven by different pins. Power up SSR just enough to switch the Mechanical relay (to prevent sparks), then switch SSR off. Do the same for switching off. SSR on, Mech Relay off, SSR off
IMHO, ESP is quite antagonistic for production solutions! So I would just keep it at hobby level

i have test Esp-07 5v 4 days relay on off no problem no reset but esp-07 3.3v relay on %25 reset problem.

solved problem. test esp12 and esp07 i have solder reset button rst pin always reset relay is high 220v. desolder reset button and pin solved problem.
Rst pin No connect cable or button or header pin
