warning: failed espcomm_sync
error: failed espcomm_open

with "ESP_DOWNLOAD_TOOL" I can flashing without any problem, but the speed is 230400 and the Arduino does not exist this option.

- Mon Nov 23, 2015 8:59 am #34768 I used a separate teensy3.0 as a usb to serial adapter while waiting for my real one to come in, i set the baud rate to 115200 when programming. Are you pulling down GPIO_0 and resetting it before programming?
