I have an esp-07 working with a microSD card conected as follows
GPIO-13 -- SD/MOSI
GPIO-12 -- SD/MISO
GPIO-14 -- SD/SCLK
GPIO-16 -- SD/CS
GPIO-15 -- LOW
This works fine, Using the same connection with an ESP-12 E do not.
I do not know where to start everything is identical exept for the ESP module
