Programming ESP over wifi?

I'm sure this question has been addressed elsewhere, but I have not been able to find it for use with the Arduino IDE. My application includes a device which will not be possible to be reached once it is implemented. However, I would really like to be able to re-flash it while it is in place. I am by no stretch a programmer, but am trying to muddle my way through programming via the Arduino interface. How can I meet this requirement?
