i'm learning about ESP8266 and i don't know if when my arduino program has been writing in the device I lose the original commands AT. And other thing, the result that I may have depend my original commands AT?

If you uploaded a new firmware on your ESP8266, the original AT firmware is gone, overwritten by the new one.
