END USER SETUP, HOW TO?

for a long time I'm looking at this page and it helped me for mostly everything to introduce
me to the world of the ESP8288.
But, now after the most of the easy steps are done, I have to ask the following:
How to configure the ESP8266 so that anybody at home can connect to the ESP, choose his network,
put in the password (to this step is all clear) and don't have to worry about IP address when the ESP reconnecting to the network.
