Can't compile esphttpd

Environment:
Ubuntu 14.04
Latest esp-open-sdk, compiled with STANDALONE=y

I tried
changing #if 0 to #if 1 in /opt/esp-open-sdk/sdk/include/c_types.h
commenting out #include <stdint.h>
with no success.

I'm including full console log below. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

My /opt/esp-open-sdk/esp_iot_sdk_v1.3.0/include/c_types.h file starts with this:
(On my first message I mentioned /opt/esp-open-sdk/sdk/include/c_types.h, esp_iot_sdk_v1.3.0 directory symlinked to sdk/ so both files are same)

I can succesfully compile basic "hello world" type applications and nodemcu-firmware on my configuration if it means anything.
