Mobile not getting connected to ESP8266 in SoftAP mode

Why after using CWSAP command though creates SoftAP of ESP866(ESP-01) which shows up with given SSID in mobile WiFi search yet mobile cannot get IP address, goes in loop? It didn't show the status as connected in mobile only shows obtaining IP address.

Doesn't CWSAP have something to do with AT-commands? :? This is the Arduino forum. :idea:
