The latest version of basic you have will not run on my Windows 10 machine
I've tried it with both an 64 and 32 bit versions of windows
I've tried running as administrator, and in compatability mode and non of it will run
That's the version that's available for download 9th October at 21:00 UTC

If you downloaded the basic flasher from the web site it should work.

If it is not working might i suggest downloading the flasher again and placing it in an empty folder prior to running it.

You may have had a corrupted download.

I did all the above
I also downloaded it again today and it still will not run
I even tried it on a different computer and same result

The previous versions all ran with no problems
