Due to the US elections, I think I should point out strange illogical 'Flashist' favouratism by the flasher utility.
It quite happily connects without admin status to accomplish a successful ReFlash, but won't allow the south-of-the-border Reformat to work without error unless it has been run with Admin privilige.
There may be some logical explanation, but from where I'm sitting I can't see any reason why priviliged access is required for ReFormat but not for ReFlash, in which case it may warrant some investigation.
