ESP TOUCH smart config problem

I connected my mobile to my AP & downloaded EPS TOUCH app. when i opened the ESP TOUCH app, SSID is automatically shown as my mobile connected AP. when I entered my AP password, then it is connected to it. Up to this method, ESP TOUCH app is ok. I disconnected my mobile from AP & removed AP's internet connection. again I connected my mobile to my AP & opened the ESP TOUCH app, but it is not showing my mobile connected AP's SSID & their is no possibility of entering SSID.CC3000 wifi module can be connected to any AP without having internet also. but its cost is more. but i got the above mentioned issue. so can anybody tell is there any bug in this app.
